The information below will be sent to Webflow's database. Only your image will be saved in a proxy server for a short time. The proxy server will delete your image once you image is accepted by Webflow. If anything goes wrong, your image will will automatically deleted from the proxy server 1:00AM the next day.
To update, make sure that you input the same email address as before, otherwise a duplicate "you" will be created. If you don't know which email you have on the website, you can check it here: People Page. If you don't have an email address on the website, please contact the website committee before you fill out the form.
